The QC Group has been providing on-site auditing since 1986 and have RAB/QSA and ASQ Certified Auditors to assist with your auditing needs:

• Supplier Audits - We provide local, national and international supplier audits for almost any industry - automotive, aerospace, plastics, medical, chemical, general manufacturing and more. In many situations, we provide Spanish-speaking audit and training services.
• Performing your "Internal" Audits - Sometimes an organization may not have the resources to support its own Internal Auditor program, or may have difficulty avoiding auditing their own work. We can manage your entire Internal Audit Programme.
• Gap Analysis or "Pre-Assessment" - Our experienced professional auditors have performed thousands of ISO implementation projects throughout the nation as well as internationally. If you are considering ISO certification in your organization, we are here to help. We can do complete pre-assessment audits of your quality system to determine readiness for a certification audit by a registrar.
• Manufacturing Process Audits - as mentioned in TS 16949
• Product Audits - as mentioned in TS 16949
• Layered Process Audits - Chrysler program
• Source Inspection, including:
  • Containment
  • Visual verification or sorting of quantity, workmanship, color, size verification, labeling and packing
• EO 13423 - As a requirement of Executive Order 13423, Council on Environmental Quality instructions for implementing E.O. 13423, and related departmental and agency requirements, each site Environmental Management System (EMS) must have a formal audit by a qualified party outside the control or scope of the EMS before declaring initial implementation of the EMS and every three years after that.
