Disclaimer:
In some instances, due to circumstances beyond our control we may need to cancel or postpone a class. The QC Group, Inc. can not be held responsible for canceled airfares, canceled hotels or any other expenses incurred by the student due to cancellation of a class. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any event, or to change instructors. In most instances, we will know 2 to 3 weeks prior to the scheduled class date whether a given class is a go or is canceled.
Cancellation Policy:
Payments: Payment in full must be received at least 5 business days prior to the first day of the class.
Cancellations: Cancellation fees will be as follows
21 days prior to class – Full Refund
20 – 15 days prior - $50 administration fee*
14 – 10 days prior – 50% of registration cost*
Within 10 days – No Refund (100% of registration cost charged)*
*Substitutions or transfers may be accepted. Please contact The QC Group for availability.
Disclaimer: Unfortunately there are times when these courses do not receive enough registrations to meet the minimum enrollment requirements. The QC Group will make all attempts to notify students at the earliest possibility. The QC group is not responsible for any costs incurred due to cancellations.
